Wedding/Cocktail Party Information
Seagrass Brasserie has been the host to many weddings and
private functions to date, ranging from small intimate sit down groups
in our private room with an open fire, to 120 person cocktail party sprawling
out onto our deck with a four piece band.
We realise that this is a very important occasion for you,
and hope we can make it an experience to remember. For this reason, we
like to give you as much choice as possible in every aspect of the organisation
whilst offering our expertise where required.
For sit down dinners of a large number, we serve a menu
very similar to that of our group menu, offering a choice of three in
each course, with alternate service. Cocktail parties are our most popular
choice for larger numbers where the decisions are up to you.

Restaurant Takeovers
Taking over the restaurant for a private function incurs different
costs during the various seasons of the year. A minimum spend for the
night is required as listed below. These rates are based on 5.30pm –
11.00pm time frame. Time extensions are negotiable.
Confirmation of a restaurant takeover requires a 25% deposit
& a signed Terms & Conditions form.

Beverages
There are two options for the bar side of your function:
Beverages will be charged on a consumption basis. All beverages
are selected by the client at least 7 days before the event.
Beverage packages may be organised and charged on a per person basis.
This price depends on beverages selected by the client. This option can
be useful for budgeted figures.
Any potential clients may have menu tastings of the food
and wine before the function. To make the exercise as painless as possible,
we will attempt to help in any organisational matters where possible.
